Green
Chutney is a condiment used in the preparation of various chaat snacks like
Bhel Puri, Pani Puri, Dahi Batata Puri, Sev Puri, Samosa Chaat etc. It is also used
as a side dish for Samosa, Pakora’s, Batata Wada, Tikki’s, Kachori’s along with that it is a flavoursome chutney
for Vada Pav and Sandwich spreads.
This
chutney is prepared from coriander leaves / cilantro and mint leaves. Use of
mint leaves gives freshness to this chutney. Prepare this chutney a day before you
make any of the chaat snacks and refrigerate it. This can be stored in
refrigerator up to a week.

Preparation:
- Wash Coriander leaves and mint leaves and clean it.
- In a chutney grinder add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, cumin seeds, ginger piece, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
- Add little water and blend to a smooth paste.
4. Green chutney is ready to serve.
