Peanut garlic chutney is a delicious condiment from the Maharashtrian
cuisine. This chutney is much used in the preparation of vada pav , apart from
this also goes well with any Indian Meal. The combination of peanut and garlic
gives a savoury taste which makes your mouth drooling. You can store this
chutney in an air tight container for about 20-25 days. I often like this chutney
with a simple meal like rice kanji and ghee.
