Fish Masala Fry Mangalorean style

Fish masala fry is one of the varieties of fried fish which is loved most by Mangaloreans. This recipe is a restaurant style recipe of fish masala fry which I often prepare at home. The fish is marinated with the paste prepared from red chilli powder along with other ingredients which is shallow fried and coated well with seasoned masala. I like preparing masala fry of some specific fish such as mackerels and king fish. Whereas this recipe do not go well with sardine fish. Also do check fish rava fry recipe in my blog.
