Preparations :
- Peel off the mangoes, chop into small pieces and keep aside. Similarly peel off the pineapple cut into pieces and mix with chopped mangoes.
- In a small pan add 1/2 tbsp oil and add 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds. Once it crackle turn off the flame.
- Grind a masala using grated coconut and dry red chilli. Use little water as we need thick masala. Before taking the masala from the blender add fried mustard seeds and grind for few seconds and place the grounded masala in a bowl.
- Add jaggery and salt to the masala and mix well. Add fruit mixture and mix again.
- Give a tempering of remaining mustard seeds, oil and curry leaves and serve as a dish for lunch/dinner.
