- Soak finger millet for at least 4 hours. Wash and drain them.
- Blend the finger millet by adding one cup of water each time. Repeat this procedure 3-4 times and collect the milk of it in a bowl using strainer.
- Add jaggery and crushed cardamom to the finger millet milk. Adjust the consistency of juice by adding water. Check for the sweetness and add jaggery if required.
- Refrigerate the juice for 30 minutes and serve cool. This is a very good drink for health.
