Preparations :
- Peel off the mangoes and retain its skin in one plate.

- Put mangoes and just squeeze it once. Do not put much pressure as we do not want its flesh to come out fully.
- In a medium flame cook these mangoes with juices, add jaggery ( Till the mixture gets sufficient sweetness) a pinch of salt and green chilli.
- Meanwhile in a glass add maida/all purpose flour , add water to make a fine paste without lumps.
- After about fifteen minutes add maida paste to the cooked mangoes and keep stirring so that it do not form any lumps.
- Let it cook for another five minutes.
- For seasoning the dish heat oil in a small pan add urad daal, mustard seeds, curry leaves, pieces of dry red chilly and curry leaves.
Note :
Add water if the quantity of the juice you received is less.
