Preparation:
- Chop tomato, onion and cucumber to a very tiny pieces.
- In a bowl add chopped vegetables, salt and yogurt. Mix well.
- For tampering, heat oil in a small pan in a medium flame.
- Add mustard seeds once it crackle add curry leaves.
- Mix all these together. Vegetable raitha is ready to serve.
- You can serve this along biriyani's, Pulav's and other rice bath's.
- You can also prefer this as a diet food like salad.
- Serve this with Navarathna Pulav.
