- In a Bowl add sliced onion, Chopped green chillies, Coriander powder, gram flour and salt. Mix well to form a thick batter. (Do not add water since salt leaves water content)
- Heat oil in a kadai in a medium flame.
- Test the heat of the oil by dropping a small drop of batter into it. If it comes up immediately your oil is hot enough to fry the pakodas.
- You can either leave the batter by forming round shape or you can use one table spoon to make pakodas.
- Flip them to fry other side of the pakoda. When it is crisp and golden brown remove and drain.
- Garnish with fried curry leaves.
- Serve hot with chutney's of your like or tomato ketchup.
