Preparations :
- In a small pan heat oil and fry asafoetida.
- Peel off the skin of raw mango and chop only inside flesh of it. Adjust the quantity as per the sourness of mango.
- Grind mango pieces, asafoetida, green chillies, grated coconut, salt and water all together in to a thick paste.
- Do not add much water.
- Take in a bowl and serve as a side dish for lunch/dinner.
This is very easy to prepare and tasty to eat.
