Preparation:
- Soak finger millet in a water for 2 hours and wash well.
- Drain the water, add grated coconut and grind both together.
- Take the milk out of finger millet and coconut by adding one glass of water and grinding.
- Strain it to get thick milk.
- Repeat this process four times and collect milk of approximate four glass.
- Add jaggery to the milk, check the sweetness. Now transfer these mixture to a kadai.
- In a medium flame, keep stirring without leaving hand. After 4-5 minutes liquid turns to solid.
- Add cardamom powder, continue to stir further until everything gets solidified.
- Add 1 T Spoon of ghee and mix well. Turn off the flame.
- Transfer it to plate which is greased with ghee and spread the mixture evenly.
- Let it cool for 30 minutes. Cut into desired shape.
Note :
- Add more quantity of jaggery if you require it to be more sweet.
- You can also add jaggery later after heating the kadai.
