Preparation:
  1. Slit bell peppers into several lengthy pieces.
  2. Wash and drain well. Add salt keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. In a wide bowl add gram flour, asafoetida, baking soda and salt one by one.
  4. Add batter to prepare a batter at thick consistency.
  5. Dip salted bell peppers into batter and deep fry.
