Preparation:
- Slit bell peppers into several lengthy pieces.
- Wash and drain well. Add salt keep aside for 15 minutes.
- In a wide bowl add gram flour, asafoetida, baking soda and salt one by one.
- Add batter to prepare a batter at thick consistency.
- Dip salted bell peppers into batter and deep fry.
