Preparation:
- In a wide bottom pan add water and boil for 2 minutes. Add grated jaggery into water and keep stirring for about 5-7 minutes until jaggery melts.
 - Once you get a syrup of string consistency (You can check by putting two drops of syrup into a glass of water, it should form a single string ) add grated coconut saute for 4 minutes in a medium flame.
 - Meanwhile in a small pan heat 1 T spoon of ghee and fry cashew nuts till it turns to golden brown.
 - Add remaining ghee, Cardamom powder and cashew nuts and saute for few minutes.
 - Turn off the flame. In a plate put 1/2 spoon ghee and spread across. Add the mixture and spread well.
 - Once it cools cut into a shape of your like and store in a cool place.
