Preparations :
- Boil eggs, peel off the skin and cut into halves.
- In a glass of warm water soak cashew nuts for 20 minutes.
- Heat a small frying pan in medium flame, drop 2 tbsp oil and fry chopped garlic and ginger, sliced two onions, chopped tomato and cumin seeds.
- Let it cool for few minutes. grind these mixture along with soaked cashew nuts to a fine paste.
- In a kadai add remaining oil fry one chopped onions and add grounded masala.
- Add water as per the consistency you like to have.
- Saute for few minutes and let it cook properly. Add garam masala powder and chilli powder and cook for few more minutes.
- Add boiled eggs and slowly saute till it gets cover with masala.
- Turn off the flame and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot along with Poori / Roti's / Naan / Chapathi or Kulcha.
