Preparation:
- Peel off the potatoes and make thin slices(Like chip), wash them and drain all the water.
- Crush the garlic flakes and add to sliced potatoes along with red chilly powder and salt. Mix them properly.
- Heat Skillet in a medium flame. Add few drops of oil let it spread all over.
- Dip potatoes in rava and place one by one in a pan.
- Shallow fry these using few drops of oil both the sides.
Note :
- While frying the potatoes reduce the flame to low.
- Increase the quantity of chilly powder if you like more spicy.
