1 1/2 T Spoon
Chilly Powder
लाल मिर्च पाउडर
2 T Spoon
Gram Flour
बेसन
4 T Spoon
Salt
नमक
To taste
Water
पानी
1 Spoon just to sprinkle
Oil
तेल
For Deep Fry


Preparation :
  1. Wash the ladies finger and chop nicely into a small pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Add Coriander Powder, Chilly Powder, Besan and salt and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle water just to avoid more dryness.
  4. Place a frying pan in a gas and heat oil in a medium flame.
  5. Take a spoonful of thick batter and leave one by one in a heated oil, Lower the flame.
  6. Fry till it become crisp and golden brown.


Note :
  1. If you are using kashmiri Chilly powder reduce the quantity to 1/2 T spoon.
  2. Fry the fritters in a low flame otherwise the ladies fingers remain uncooked.
