Preparation :
- Wash the ladies finger and chop nicely into a small pieces and place in a bowl.
- Add Coriander Powder, Chilly Powder, Besan and salt and mix well.
- Sprinkle water just to avoid more dryness.
- Place a frying pan in a gas and heat oil in a medium flame.
- Take a spoonful of thick batter and leave one by one in a heated oil, Lower the flame.
- Fry till it become crisp and golden brown.
Note :
- If you are using kashmiri Chilly powder reduce the quantity to 1/2 T spoon.
- Fry the fritters in a low flame otherwise the ladies fingers remain uncooked.
