Preparation :
- Keep ready the boiled eggs by peeling off and cut into half.
- Heat oil or ghee in a deep pan. Add mustard and curry leaves. When they start popping lower the flame.
- Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, lemon juice and salt.
- Mix everything properly and add peeled eggs. Mix gently.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
