Preparation :
- In a wide bowl add salt, sugar, milk, yogurt and baking soda and mix well.
- To the above mixture add wheat flour and all purpose flour, By using water prepare the dough.
- Knead well till all its stickiness goes and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle oil above the dough and knead again for few minutes.
- Cover the dough with wet cloth for 2 hours.
- Make a big lemon size ball of the dough and start rolling.
- When you make a small circle sprinkle few sesame seeds and coriander leaves and roll again.
- The size should be approximately 4-5 inches round circle.
- Heat a tava or griddle and grease it with ghee. Place the naan in a medium flame and cook both the sides of naan till they get browned and slightly charred.
- Remove the naan and apply some butter/ghee or oil and serve hot.
