Preparation :

Preparing Chicken Sukka Masala Powder :
  1. In a frying pan add few drops of oil and roast the ingredients mentioned under Chicken Sukka Masala Powder one by one.
  2. Keep the roasted ingredients under hot sun for 30 minutes.
  3. Using Mixture grinder powder all the ingredients together and store in a bottle.
  4. Every time when you prepare this dish you can use this powder.
  5. This is the very tasty home made kori sukka masala powder. Easy to prepare and more tastier than the Masala's you get in market.
Preparing the Sukka :
  1. In a kadai heat ghee, fry chopped onions till it becomes golden brown. Add crushed garlic and curry leaves, Stir well.
  2. Add around 60 gm Sukka masala powder along with ginger and chopped tomatoes.
  3. Stir till tomato is cooked. Add well washed chicken pieces and salt, close the lid and cook till it softens.
  4. Sprinkle grated coconut, mix well and give one boil.
  5. Squeeze half lemon and add coriander leaves.
  6. Remove from heat and serve with Neer Dosa, roti or rice.

Note :

You can use tamarind paste instead of Tomato.
