Preparation:
- In a bowl prepare batter by adding eggs, chopped onion, chopped tomato, Small pieces of ginger, Chopped green chilies, Coriander leaves and salt.
- Put a frying pan on a low heat and let it get hot, add few drops of oil and spread across.
- Pour 1 big spoon full of batter and move the pan around to spread them out evenly.
- Close the pan with one plate. After few minutes remove the plate and bake other side of the omelette.
- Serve Hot as a side dish or you can keep omelette in the middle of bread slices and serve as a sandwich.
