As per taste

Preparation:
  1. In a bowl prepare batter by adding eggs, chopped onion, chopped tomato, Small pieces of ginger, Chopped green chilies, Coriander leaves and salt.
  2. Put a frying pan on a low heat and let it get hot, add few drops of oil and spread across.
  3. Pour 1 big spoon full of batter and move the pan around to spread them out evenly.
  4. Close the pan with one plate. After few minutes remove the plate and bake other side of the omelette.
  5. Serve Hot as a side dish or you can keep omelette in the middle of bread slices and serve as a sandwich.
